I lead digital transformation for higher education — scalable, secure, future-ready systems for institutions that mostly cannot afford enterprise software. Indonesia has around 4,500 of them, and that gap is the whole problem I work on. Saya memimpin transformasi digital untuk pendidikan tinggi — sistem yang skalabel, aman, dan siap menghadapi masa depan, bagi institusi yang sebagian besar tidak sanggup membeli software kelas enterprise. System architecture, product strategy and operational excellence are how I help universities navigate complexity — academic and financial systems, student lifecycle management, regulatory compliance. I came up through the code: for the first version of the platform the team was small enough that I was product manager, lead developer and developer at once, then drove the migration and rollout on campus myself.
